Electroplating filter is currently used in a wide range of fields. Electroplating filter presses liquid medicine with impurities into the filter barrel by pumping, and removes impurities through filter element filtration, thus extracting high-precision clean liquid medicine. Electroplating filter is widely used in electroplating, chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and other industries. During the assembly of the electroplating filter, we must follow the following installation steps:

Filter assembly: (according to the drawings to determine the model)

1. Install the motor base (304M8*40 screws used) and install double ball valves (PP1 inch material commonly used by us) on the pump.
2. Measure the inlet size of the filter barrel and cut the excess part (measure the size first to know which type of accessory we use)
3. The inlet of the welding filter barrel and the sewage outlet of the welding filter barrel (the welding temperature (above 280 ℃) and density standard are required)
4. After dissolving, conduct three-layer welding at the inlet of the filter barrel and one-layer welding at the sewage outlet (the inlet is more prone to water leakage, so it is three-layer welding, and false welding is not allowed during welding)
5. Install outlet elbow (with gasket NBR material)
6. Install dosing barrel and circulating pipe
7. Fix the dosing barrel and the motor base (fixed with screws after drilling, and the fixed position is appropriate and beautiful)
8. Punching holes and installing lifting rings (on the side of the filter, the shape is U-shaped)
9. Punch holes and install V-shaped baffle (located directly below the filter)
10. Add a ball valve (valve) to the circulating pipe, which needs to be welded. Before adding the ball valve, measure the size and install it after cutting.
11. Install an exhaust valve after drilling in the middle of the filter barrel (the position height is 18CM below the barrel mouth, and the opening is centered)
12. Fasten the screws (all the punching links were fixed with screws before, we now use pneumatic wrenches to fix all the screws tightly to prevent them from falling off)
13. Use PP and PVC welding air gun beside the exhaust valve for three-layer welding (water leakage prevention)
14. Install the switch of the motor, follow the power connection instructions when wiring, and then punch and fix it
15. Install the pressure gauge, the pressure gauge is installed above the exhaust valve
16. Install the handle and then install the handle on the retaining ring
17. Fuse the filter element tube on the filter element plate with a fusion splicer, and then remove the molten slurry (the filter element plate requires no molten slurry at the fusion joint)
18. The filter element lower pad should be placed on the filter element plate (the pad is divided into thick and ultra-thin, and the specific use is determined according to the length of the filter element, the long use is thin, and the short use is thick). Each filter element tube should be covered with a filter element lower pad.
19. Install a filter element disk O-ring at the bottom of the filter element disk (to prevent unclean filtration) Special tools Install the filter element disk
20. Install the beam ring to the filter, check whether the screws are tightened, and then tighten the screws again.
21. Open the welding place at the bottom of the filter element plate with a hole opener to prevent blockage of impurities.
22. Add an upper cover O-ring to the lid of the filter barrel and cover the lid of the filter barrel.
23. connect the exhaust pipe
24. Water test (when the water test is required to reach 3hPa, check whether the pump welding point of the filter meets the requirements)
25. When shipping, add cotton core and lock cap to the filter element column (this step is installed at the place of delivery)
