1. The relationship between the installation and use effect of the absorption liquid circulating pump
The speed of the absorption liquid circulation pump is generally 2900rmin, so the inertial force that may be generated is indeed very large. When this unbalanced force exceeds the weight of the rotor, strong wear of the moving pair of the bearing will occur. Therefore, the unbalanced inertial force is generated by the wear of the bearing, and the increase of the unbalanced inertial force aggravates the wear of the bearing bush. This vicious circle will become more and more serious. When the unbalanced force increases to a certain value, it will eventually bend the pump shaft placed in the "cantilever. Therefore, the poor sag of the pump shaft during installation is the root cause of its bending. In the original structure, the pump shaft is covered by the branch pipe, so it is difficult to measure its verticality. The solution is to limit the verticality of the support tube to within 0.1mm, and the actual use can indeed avoid the bending of the pump shaft. After we improve the installation accuracy, such failures are significantly reduced in different environments.
2. Bearing bush of absorption liquid circulating pump
As mentioned above, if the pump shaft is slightly inclined during installation, the cylindrical bearing bush will wear out quickly. However, if the bearing bush is changed to a spherical structure, the concave spherical surface of the bearing bush and the convex spherical surface of the pump shaft sleeve will always be in uniform contact and wear evenly regardless of the inclination of the pump shaft during installation, which will greatly extend the service life of the absorption liquid circulation pump bearing bush and reduce the installation requirements of the pump. Even if the verticality value of the supporting tube is relaxed to 1mm, the pump shaft bending will not occur. In addition, it must be pointed out that in order to facilitate the installation, a notch for installing the sleeve should be opened in the bore of the graphite absorption liquid circulating pump bearing bush. The length should be slightly larger than the straight diameter of the sleeve ball, and the width should be slightly larger than the length of the sleeve, so that the convex sleeve can fit into the concave bearing bush.
After the above-mentioned improvements have been made to the installation and use of the absorption liquid circulating pump, the use efficiency has been greatly improved, saving a lot of manpower and material resources, ensuring the normal production, and the effect is obvious. The absorption liquid circulating pump is a mature product and is in great demand.
